ZK-204-0035 Developer System Cleaner

Contains: 1 barrel of 4.73 liters of detergent component A stock solution, 1 barrel of 4.73 liters of detergent component B stock solution, 1 barrel of 4.73 liters of neutralizer stock solution

Preparation Method

To prepare 1 liter of detergent working solution, you need: 875 ml of warm water (18-32oC) + 125 ml of neutralizer stock solution = 1 liter

Precautions

Be sure to wear appropriate protective clothing and goggles when operating the solution!

This solution cannot be used in bleaching or fixing tanks.

Never mix the cleaning agent and neutralizer directly.

Usage Method

Preparation:

Drain all the developer working solution in the developer tank and remove any filter element in the circulation system.

Rinse the developer tank, rack, and bridge thoroughly with warm water at about 38°C, then fill the developer tank again with water of the same temperature, and start the circulation system for thorough cleaning to remove the residual developer solution.

Cleaning process:

After soaking for a period of time, drain the water in the developer tank completely.

According to the volume of the developer tank, accurately prepare the required amount of cleaning agent and carefully pour it into the developer tank. Before pouring the cleaning agent, turn off the replenishment system to prevent accidental mixing of the developer solution, and then start the circulation system for soaking and cleaning.

Note: The working temperature set in the developer tank is usually around 38°C, while the working temperature range of the cleaning agent is 18°C - 35°C. If the cylinder is circulated and heated, aerosol may be generated. If necessary, the set temperature of the developer tank can be appropriately lowered to avoid aerosol generation. After cleaning, please reset the temperature to the normal operating temperature.

Cleaning agent action time:

The cleaning agent acts in the developer tank for 5 to 30 minutes. After the time is up, empty the cleaning agent and soak and clean again with warm water.

Note: Depending on the cleanliness of the developing tank, you may need to repeat the cleaning process from steps 2 to 5.

Neutralizer Use:

Before pouring the neutralizer, you must first thoroughly rinse and soak it with clean water. After the cleaning is completed, pour the prepared neutralizer and start the circulation system for 5 to 30 minutes of soaking. 7. After the neutralizer action time is reached, empty it and soak and clean it again with warm water to thoroughly remove all the liquid and residue in the developing tank.

Post-cleaning treatment:

Replace a new filter element and pour fresh developer into the developing tank, ensuring that the temperature of the developing tank is set to the correct value.

Remarks:

The tank frame and bridge can be taken out separately and placed in the sink for rinsing. It is recommended to use clean water-cleaning agent-neutralizing agent-clean water for cyclic rinsing in the order of clean water-cleaning agent-neutralizing agent-clean water. You can use a spray bottle for rinsing, but it is strictly forbidden to use a spray type spray bottle (to prevent the liquid from forming mist and dispersing in the air, causing harm to the human body).

Used cleaning agents can be stored and reused multiple times within two weeks. If the cleaning effect is weakened when used again, it can be supplemented according to the ratio of 20 ml of component A and 20 ml of component B concentrate per liter of cleaning agent. If the stored cleaning agent loses its unique purple color, it means that the solution has expired and cannot be used again.
