Instructions for Use?

Mix CLEANER 9# water-based anti-rust cleaning agent and deionized water evenly to prepare CLEANER 9# cleaning agent with a concentration of 5.0~10.0Wt% working solution.

The cleaning time is 2~45 minutes, and the specific time can be adjusted according to the requirements of the cleaned product.

After cleaning for a period of time, the residue in the anti-rust agent will increase, causing the cleaning force to decrease, and the cleanliness of the cleaned parts will deteriorate after washing. According to the actual use, the anti-rust agent in the tank needs to be added and replaced regularly (depending on the number of cleaned parts).

Please Note??

1. This product is a special rust preventive. The working fluid must be prepared with deionized water. This product is an adsorption film type rust preventive. Do not mix it with a conversion film type rust preventive (oil).
2. After opening this product and taking out the used part, the lid must be closed tightly to prevent the rust preventive from volatilizing.
3. Used rust preventives and unused rust preventives cannot be placed in the same packaging barrel. After the rust preventive is opened, if there is still rust preventive in the barrel, it cannot be left in the air. The lid should be tightened as soon as possible.
4. The container containing the rust preventive should be kept clean to prevent dirt and other substances from mixing into the rust preventive and affecting the quality of the rust preventive.
5. It is normal for the product to be stratified or turbid after being placed for a long time. The effect is better after shaking.
6. The workpiece that needs to be rust-proof cannot be rinsed with water after being treated with CLEANER 9#, otherwise it will lose its rust-proof function.
7. After continuous cleaning for a period of time, it is recommended to add a matching defoamer appropriately, and the anti-foaming effect will be better.
8. When operating, you must wear long impermeable gloves made of butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, etc., a full-body protective suit, and work boots to avoid skin contact; organic solvent-resistant masks and goggles.
9. Liquid substances are mildly irritating to the skin, biodegradable, irritating to aquatic organisms, and chemically stable.

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals and non-corrosive chemicals.

Store at room temperature.

Keep sealed, avoid direct sunlight, high heat, strong acids and alkalis.
