Instructions for Use?

1. Mix CLEANER 5# environmentally friendly metal cleaning agent and deionized water evenly to prepare a working solution with a concentration of 5.0-10.0% (mass ratio).
2. The cleaning time is 2-45 minutes, and the specific time can be adjusted according to the requirements of the product to be cleaned.
3. The optimal temperature of the cleaning liquid and the rinsing liquid is controlled at 45-60℃, and the specific time can be adjusted according to the requirements of the product to be cleaned.
4. After cleaning for a period of time, the residue in the cleaning agent will increase, causing the cleaning force to decrease, and the cleanliness of the cleaned parts will deteriorate after washing. According to the actual use, the cleaning agent in the tank needs to be regularly added and replaced (depending on the number of cleaned parts).
5. After rinsing for a period of time, the cleaning agent in the rinsing liquid will increase, causing the cleanliness of the cleaned parts to deteriorate. According to the actual use, the rinsing liquid in the tank needs to be regularly added and replaced (depending on the number of cleaned parts).
6. If there are workpieces that need rust-proof materials, please cooperate with our company's water-based rust-proof cleaning agent for rinsing.

Please Note??

1. This product is a special cleaning agent. The working solution must be prepared with deionized water. The cleaning solution cannot be mixed with other cleaning agents.
2. After opening this product and taking out the used part, the lid must be closed tightly to prevent the cleaning agent from volatilizing.
3. Used cleaning agents and unused cleaning agents cannot be placed in the same packaging barrel.
4. The container containing the cleaning agent should be kept clean to prevent dirt and other substances from mixing into the cleaning agent and affecting the quality of the cleaning agent.
5. It is normal for the product to be stratified or turbid after being placed for a long time. The effect is better after shaking.
6. After rinsing, make sure that no cleaning agent and deionized water remain on the cleaning parts.
7. After continuous cleaning for a period of time, it is recommended to add a matching defoaming agent appropriately, and the anti-foaming effect will be better.
8. Liquid substances are mildly irritating to the skin, biodegradable, irritating to aquatic organisms, and chemically stable.
9. When operating, long-type butyl rubber, nitrile rubber and other materials, anti-seepage gloves and one-piece protective clothing, work boots must be worn to avoid skin contact; organic solvent masks and goggles.
