Product Description

Application: to glue the screen to the screen frame for printing

Ratio: glue: hardener = 100:20 diluent ratio: 20--40% (adjust according to actual conditions)

Scope of application: aluminum alloy and other various metal screen frames

Instructions for Use

1. Mix the adhesive and hardener in a ratio of 100:20. The prepared adhesive must be used up within 4 hours.
2. Use a stretching machine to stretch the selected screen directly (the new screen frame must be roughened and degreased with a file or gauze for the first use. In order to strengthen the adhesion with the glue, a layer of hardener can be applied on the new screen frame). Adjust the tension of the screen to the tension suitable for printing, and then pour the adhesive to the place where it needs to be bonded. The adhesive is combined with the screen frame through the mesh (the mesh below 80 mesh or above 250 mesh must be primed first). Then use a rubber scraper to apply the excess glue to the bonding area. After the operation is completed, park for no less than 20 minutes or longer until it is completely dry (the glued part is not sticky) and then remove it from the stretching machine for use.
3. The thinner the coating, the faster it dries. The drying speed depends on the mesh number of the screen, the thickness of the adhesive, the room temperature and the air circulation.
4. After drying for 1 hour, it has good water and solvent resistance, and after curing for 24 hours, it can achieve better results.

Please Note

Make sure the container of the mixed glue is clean and dry.

Ensure the mixing ratio of the glue is correct and the prepared glue must be used up within 4 hours.

If the glue viscosity is high, it can be diluted with KEY-P20 diluent.

Unmixed glue and hardener should be sealed and stored immediately.

Storage and Transportation Requirements

This product should be stored in a cool and dry place (0~25℃)

Avoid direct sunlight. The product should be used immediately after opening to prevent solvent evaporation and moisture in the air from reacting.
