Extreme high temperature adhesive is a new generation of high temperature bonding solution developed by our company, designed for extreme high temperature environments. This product can maintain excellent bonding strength and stability in environments up to 1200°C, and is an ideal choice for aerospace, automotive manufacturing, electronics industry and high temperature furnace equipment maintenance.

Application Fields

Aerospace: Used for bonding and sealing of aircraft engine components and spacecraft thermal protection systems.

Automobile Manufacturing: Suitable for bonding of high temperature components of turbochargers, exhaust systems and brake systems.

Electronics Industry: Used for fixing and sealing of high temperature sensors, semiconductor devices and LED lamps.

High temperature furnace equipment: Suitable for sealing of furnace chambers, furnace doors and heating elements to prevent heat loss.

Use Method

Cleaning Surface: Make sure the bonded surface is clean, free of oil and moisture.

Gluing: Use special tools to evenly apply the mixed colloid to the surface to be bonded.

Curing: After being left at room temperature for a certain period of time, the colloid will cure naturally; or use heating equipment to accelerate the curing process as needed.

Safety Instructions

Wear appropriate protective equipment such as gloves, goggles and masks when operating.

Avoid prolonged contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical help.

Keep away from fire and high temperature during storage, and keep it ventilated and dry.
